SheDevil Custom Order Policies
SheDevil is a handmade, custom art business. Each piece is created by hand and requires time, focus, and creative integrity.
Order Process
• All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
• Production timelines are discussed and agreed upon before payment.
• Progress updates are shared throughout the process.
Timelines
• Custom rugs are not rush items.
• Timelines vary based on size, detail, and current workload.
• Requests to rush, pressure, or repeatedly demand completion may result in order cancellation without refund.
Revisions
• Minor adjustments are allowed if requested during the appropriate stage.
• Major changes after work has begun may require an additional fee.
Refunds & Chargebacks
• No refunds once work has started.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:
• Immediate order cancellation
• Permanent ban from SheDevil services
• Documentation submitted to the payment provider
Respect & Communication
• Disrespect, harassment, threats, or public defamation will not be tolerated.
• SheDevil reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these boundaries.
