Levent is coming up on his first full year with the QB family and we genuinely cannot imagine this place without him. As our newest machine tech, he's the guy behind the scenes keeping your machines running smoothly, diagnosing the tricky stuff, and doing it all with a smile. 😄🔧

The QB team made sure he felt celebrated this week — because anyone willing to spend their days surrounded by fabric AND fix sewing machines deserves all the cake. 🍰💛

Wait. Is that… embroidered? 👀🏰

Yes. Yes it is. Every. Single. Stitch.

Our machine specialist Jen just completed her 3D Hogwarts Castle — stitched entirely on the Baby Lock Radiance using OESD's Harry Potter Freestanding Hogwarts embroidery design — and we are completely speechless. 🪄✨

Gothic arched windows. Stone towers. A soaring great hall. Detailed spires. All constructed from individual embroidered pieces assembled into a freestanding castle that sits proudly right here in our shop.

The craftsmanship. The patience. The hours. Jen, we are in absolute awe. 🙌

This is what machine embroidery can do in the hands of someone who truly knows their machine — and Jen knows hers. Come in and let her show you what the Baby Lock Radiance is capable of. We have a feeling it'll cast a little spell on you too. 🧵💛
