Trying a different style of post, I really can't stress enough how much I love putting color palettes together in flower form! I love doing this when I'm unsure of how flowers will look together, just grabbing specific flower images, removing the background, and collaging them all together.

So I thought it would be fun to grab some inspo images off my pinterest homepage (art, bugs, and more art, in case anyone was wondering) and make some different color palettes that I would be stoked to do in a real wedding or event!

Lilac Dreampop inspired by 's lily illustration

Retro Sunset Moth inspired by nature's very own sunset moth. Which flies during the day, and its color is caused by an optical interferance, the tiny scales scattering light

And a classic, 'Vase with Pink Roses' 1890 by Vincent Van Gogh, one of the most famous troubled but relatable painters. This is one of many he painted while staying at saint-paul asylum. Also, this originally used to be pink roses. The pigment has since faded.

This one-off bridal bouquet made my heart sing! I had flowers for a much moodier palette and got to play around with the colors and make something super springy and perfect for an April bridal. Seriously, reach out whenever (even if it's a week out, lol) for a bridal bouquet. They are my absolute favorite thing to make, especially free-form ones💫

This includes local hellebore, tulips, stock, and eucalyptus, all from 🩵

Silly little bts of me making the bridal I did for my photoshoot with .saule. I can't say enough about how they killed with the dreamy vintage vibe!
This was my first time doing a full wired bouquet, so my brain was all over the place. I was happy to let myself create and make mistakes, and in the end, it still turned out beautiful! When I make another wired bouquet, I'll definitely try some different approaches and keep experimenting with what I like

I really love sharing old pictures, so I'm on trend with this post. Bonus pic of bebe Maggie and me 😴for fun!

I feel like I say this a lot, but I'm mainly a one women show. From initial email to collecting rentals at the end of the wedding night, it's all me, baby. I am so lucky to have friends and forced husband labor to help along the way!

I'm thinking about this beautiful September fall day in Hocking Hills. With these gorgeous early fall toned multi- textural florals

This was a special one where Rachel put her full trust in me, and I got to thrift most of the vases, and the others were ones I had made in past ceramic classes!
I also used mainly flowers and foliage! bonomo


It was such beautiful weather, Isaac and I made a day of the adventure... meaning we got pizza and hiked after setting up.

Our workshop is next Friday at 7pm. It's a great way to hang out with a friend, which is something I personally need to do more of!

You will learn beginner basics of flower design, so it'll be slow paced, easy to talk in between steps. You will gain knowledge of how to turn basic objects into mechanics to make masterful designs at home!
