Wearing what you knit has a different vibe!

It puts me out there, that I made something to fit me and when it does fit correctly, gives me soooo much confidence!

I am glad I am challenging myself with making different things…as I plan for 2025, making more wearable things is on my list!
As well as more shows/markets!

August is almost half done, and that means cooler temps and chilly toes that need to make sure they are covered! These are perfect to keep the little toes warm!

When you work with recycled silk yarn and it just almost cries out to be made into a drop stitch shawl.
Next stop dropping the vertical stitches to see how it comes out! 😍

So life happens…..
I mean I’ve been thinking about posting for awhile now…I mean when things blow up…they blow up big.

So in between actually teaching and state testing 🫠😫🤮which feels like that. Teaching and feeling productive actually good the last couple days…I mean I still have a T O N to accomplish before the end of May, but it feels better, like my flow is back.
I mean I haven’t stopped knitting, but too teacher tired to care.
So thinking about what to post doesn’t feel like a chore or I can’t share about A L L the crazy, wacky off the wall things happening in April.

Grateful for the longer days and lighter knits to wear around the corner. Happy to start writing and asking for testers later this summer.
Happy for some actual decompression time.

Showcasing some green knits that I have made and will continue to make. It is also March Maker Month….
Thrilled that I am blessed to be able to have such versatility with my knitting! It is the perfect time to make a request for something handknit and stash it away for the holidays because then it might be too late to get something with that personal touch!
