In Columbus’ current market The Bottle Shop will be the largest liquor store in town. The goal is to be an upscale, alternative to other area package stores. The Bottle Shop promises to offer a better quality customer service experience, a nicer selection of prod

ucts, and wide range of prices for a more diverse clientele. A stylish and well organized retail space will promote an enjoyable shopping experience that feels more like a boutique than a wholesale warehouse.

Scarlett Wines was founded with their first vintage in 2006. In 1990 E.J. Mcgah purchased a piece of property on Ponti Lane in Rutherford extending to the Silverado Trail and in 1992 purchased another piece of property to the west of Ponti Lane. The previous owner, Edward Westgate oversaw the development of the Sheraton Maui in 1963, was involved in building Honolulu’s first high rise condominium in 1965, the development of the Pago Pago Intercontinental Hotel in Samoa and in Napa Valley was part of Westgate/Amfac, involved in the developments of the Silverado Country Club in the late 1960s.

This w**e is made from an exceptional hillside vineyard located in Bennett Valley, where natural conditions are perfect for growing Syrah in the Goulding cobbly clay loam soil. As a result of the co-fermentation of three field selections, this w**e reveals a complex and spicy bouquet. Handcrafted using classical w**emaking techniques of Vallée du Rhône, this unique w**e is named after the famous culinary bundle to honor their first relative who emigrated from France to the USA, Abel Pierre Aimé Coutanceau, who was a professional chef. It is the ‘Garnished Bouquet’ or ‘Bouquet Garni.’

A nod to one of the oldest folk festivals in the world, we joyously introduce Parish Oktoberfest! In anticipation of the cooler weather, the festivals of Fall, and Steinholding competitions, they havr taken a brief break from their usual hazy IPA repertoire to brew this traditional malty, clean l***r. Its fuller body comes from a cornucopia of malted barleys – Munich and Metolius – giving it a delightful red-brown hue and a rich bready flavor to match. At 5.4% ABV, Oktoberfest features a robust, frothy head and a touch of the most perfect Saaz hops, keeping true to classic style and saving their tropical Citra for the next IPA on deck. PROST!
