Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant

Pay: $10–12/hour

Hours: Approximately 8–10 hours per month (around $100/month to start)

RRCS Delivery is looking for a creative and reliable Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help grow a local personal shopping and grocery delivery business.

This is a collaborative role where we will brainstorm ideas together each week. I'm looking for someone who enjoys sharing creative ideas—not just posting content.

Responsibilities:

-Create and schedule engaging social media content.

-Edit short-form videos for TikTok, —Facebook, and Instagram.

-Design simple Canva graphics.
-Research local trends and content ideas.

-Track engagement and suggest improvements.

-Collaborate weekly to plan content, promotions, and marketing strategies that align with RRCS's brand and business goals.

-Bring new ideas to help increase brand awareness and customer conversions.

Ideal Candidate:

-Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

-Familiar with Canva and basic video editing.

-Strong communication skills.

-Organized, creative, and dependable.

-Comfortable working independently while also collaborating regularly.

-Interest in helping grow a small business from the ground up.

Bonus Skills:
-Marketing or business student.

-Experience growing small business social media accounts.

-Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or CapCut AI.
