Friends of the Stephens County Humane Society-Thrift Store Have a Warm Heart for a Cold Nose

The Friends of the Stephens County Humane Society operate the Thrift Store in Comanche as a means to help provide for the cats and dogs of the Humane Society. The Friends of The Humane Society is a group of volunteers who are dedicated to raising funds to support projects and aid in veterinary care at the Stephens County Humane Society. We are actively seeking volunteers who would like to join us

in helping the animals. In addition to operating the Thrift Store, we also help with on-site adoptions and other functions throughout the year. If you are interested in volunteering with the Friends, please call Betty Burk at 580-475-0223.

We accept donations year round and arrangements may be made by calling Betty Burk 580-475-0223. Donations may also be dropped off at the Humane Society at 714 Martin Luther King Blvd, Duncan. Remember, SCHS is a 501c3, non-profit charitable organization. ALL donations are tax deductible as allowed by IRS regulations. Please contact Betty Burk at 580-475-0223 for all contributions, pickup and delivery of items, volunteering, etc.
