This is a wonderful addition for any Naval officer or enlisted man. Excellent documentation for anyone interested in historical events.
This repousse' mirror commemorates the 1898 Battle of Manila when Commodore Dewey and Admiral Seeley wiped out the Spanish fleet in a single morning
Not a single American life was lost.
The four hooks accommodate caps, hats or jackets. The mirror is a replacement for the lost one. The original metal has been sprayed with an acrylic finish. No new paint. Just an enhancement of the original.
Naval guys...snatch this piece of Naval history up before it's gone.
