Cracked your phone at 7 o'clock on a Tuesday? You no longer have to white-knuckle it until morning.

We've added after-hours emergency appointments at the Concord shop — bookable online, with current availability always showing right in the scheduler.

Here's how it works: book online, pick an "After-Hours Emergency" slot, and pay the invoice to lock it in — your appointment is confirmed once it's paid. There's a flat $50 emergency fee on top of the repair, shown up front before you book, because surprise pricing isn't our thing. These slots are appointment-only.

Regular hours haven't changed (Mon–Thu 10–6, Fri 10–4, Sat 10–2). This is for the nights it truly can't wait.

"Face ID's broken — guess I need a new phone." Nope. 📱

A customer dropped their iPhone 16 Plus and Face ID quit working — the phone was even throwing a TrueDepth camera error. A lot of places will tell you that's unfixable. It's not.

Here's what actually goes into doing it right:
• We ordered a Genuine Apple part — the real TrueDepth camera, straight from Apple.
• We replaced it and programmed it using Apple's official process. That re-pairing step is what actually brings Face ID back on the newer iPhones.
• Clayton, our owner, is an Apple Certified Technician — so it's done to Apple's standard, not a guess.

Face ID is back up and running, and the customer kept the phone they already had.
