Our cattle are proudly raised on our family farm in Mount Pleasant, NC. Every heifer or steer sold in our store is under 30 months of age and has lived its entire life on our farm’s pastures.

Our operation is Gap Certified, antibiotic free, non hormone treated, and age and source verified.
Our cattle are pasture-raised and grain-finished for 90 days. When we select a heifer or steer for our store, we introduce it to grain, which enhances flavor and meat quality, especially when the cattle are processed within 30 months.
Once introduced to grain, our cattle are fed corn silage, ground corn, and dried distillers grain. The corn is grown on our farm without the use of pesticides.

Currently, all our cattle are processed at Piedmont Custom Meats. Piedmont dry-ages the beef for two weeks by hanging it, then processes it into the cuts we request and flash-freezes the meat before delivery to us.

Big news is here! The 2027 US season is officially around the corner 🌸✨

This won't be just another tour. 2027 will mark our 10th Anniversary, a full decade of laughing through obstacles, lifting each other up, and creating unforgettable moments together. We are going to make it truly legendary!

These are just our first locations, and more dates will be announced very soon.

The gates for the first part of the season will open on September 1st. Mark your calendar and make sure you and your crew are ready when ticket sales go live!
