I finally am able to take time to get the thanks out !
First, the pyro crew… Derek Champlin, Johnnie Mastin, Kristen Gould, and Mark Haist you rock!! What you went through that day was not normal to the say the least. Without your unbelievable effort, the show wouldn’t have gone on.

Mike McKenna 1390 KNCK, thank you for keeping them aware of what was going on with the weather and for broadcasting the music over the radio.

Olivia from the Blade Empire, for the behind the scene pictures and mini write ups.

Gambino’s for feeding all the Pyro team.

The Cloud County Fair Board for allowing us to hold this event at the fairgrounds.

To all the individuals who sent us pictures and videos. That was the only good thing that came from the storm that night! They were unbelievable!! Hoping to share some of them on Dano’s page.

All the businesses and individuals that donated, it is your generosity that keeps the show going. Concordia’s first responders and Cloud County Rural Fire Department for keeping us protected.

And last, Ashlee Haist. I know you had in well over 100 hours of preparing this show! We have heard that this show was the best so far! Only you and I know what it would have been if not for the weather. Imagine that! You always amaze me with the passion that you have for developing and improving the show for Concordia! We are lucky to have someone that has your desire and willingness to strive to make it better each year! I am so proud of you!

I hope I didn’t miss anyone! I am still a little of groggy from the last couple of weeks!!

As we finally wrap up the season, wanted to share some pictures from this year.

To the Dano’s crew, thank you for sticking with me and putting up with me when I’m brain dead. You guys are one helluva a crew and make this time so much fun and we couldn’t do it without you

We have a humble request! If anyone has pictures or videos from the Concordia City Fireworks Display this year and would be willing to send them to us on messenger, we’d greatly appreciate it!

With the crazy storm, we didn’t have a chance or opportunity to set up any of our video/photography and would love to see it!

A HUGE thank you to the Hill & Dale 4-H Club and the Concordia High School Football Team for coming out to help us with cleanup after the City Fireworks Display. We greatly appreciate all your help today!

Unfortunately it is raining….and all of the fireworks are already set up. Which means we HAVE to shoot them off tonight for the City Display. Bear with us it might be a little off on the 10pm timeframe due to safety but if you turn into NCK 94.9 FM, they will start the music track so you can hear it in your vehicle. Be sure to turn your lights off though! We can’t guarantee what this show might like due to some product getting wet but hopefully it still will be memorable. Be sure to like and share to get the word out.

This phone was left at Dan’s firework stand on July 3. We are closed now but they can come by July 4 and pick it up.
