Next up in our Big Kansas Road Trip Pop-Up Spotlight is The Break Pad. Located at 137 E. 7th Street. Step inside one of Concordia's most creative spaces. You immediately feel transported from the vintage filling station and garage exterior, to a dreamy artistic haven inside. The Break Pad offers many creative opportunities, a plant bar, painting opportunities, a cute gift shop, and an inviting and cozy event space. You can even charge your EV here.

The Break Pad will be open late until 9pm for a Make and Take for BKRT explorers in town Friday, October 2. They will also offer tours of the shop so you can experience a little deeper meaning behind what makes The Break Pad extra special. Make special note of all the fun details scattered throughout the building that honor the automotive history of the building.

They will be open Saturday and are offering a small giveaway for all those who stop in and experience something fun! Be sure to snap a selfie in the creative space. Once you step inside you'll understand why "This is the Place!"
