A huge thank you to Sabina, Katie, and Andi for proudly representing VERB this season.

These three have taken turns pushing each other, celebrating each other’s successes, working through the tough rounds, and lifting up the women around them. Thank you, Sabina, for your mentorship and encouragement. Thank you, Katie, for setting the bar high and inspiring us all to chase our best. And thank you, Andi, for diving into competition with fearless enthusiasm and showing what’s possible with hard work.

There’s something special about stepping onto a tee with a full card of women who love disc golf. The conversations, encouragement, shared victories, and hard-fought rounds create the kind of experience that keeps us women coming back.

Growth builds on growth. Every woman who signs up makes it easier for the next woman to say yes.

This weekend was proof that a few more registrations can make a huge difference.

16 women competed in FA divisions at Rocky Mountain Amateurs this past weekend. 60% growth compared to 10 last year. We had a full card for FA4 thanks to VERB team members answering the call : ). More divisions. Better competition. Stronger community. Verbdg.org.

Team VERB.DG’s member throwing some of the best shots I’ve seen from a woman at Beaver Ranch. But she doesn’t realize it. She has only been playing a short time and keeps getting out there. It’s such a humbling sport in these mountains. Watching her grow as a player is one of the main reasons VERB.DG was born. More women, more support, more birdies. Thank you lady for being on the card. It was so much better to feel those ups and downs together yesterday. She managed so well for only her second time there. Took all the roll aways like a boss and parked those up shots with a new fire. Thanks to .cruz.13 for all your support too. You help us all so much.

VERB.DG was created to help grow women's disc golf through action--by supporting new players, building community, encouraging allyship, creating opportunities, and helping more women feel like they belong on the course.
