s, started creating affordable, high quality floors for winterguards, indoor percussion, indoor winds, and marching bands and drum corps in 2014 in Conroe, Texas. We used our decades of knowledge and experience in the grand scale printing business to create products that were visually impactful and affordable for our customers. In 2018, we merged with Digital Performance Gear, a uniform manufacturer from Concord, North Carolina, to expand our marching arts offerings. Today, all of our products are manufactured in our facility in Conroe, Texas by our professional production team, and we are constantly expanding our knowledge, capabilities, and product lines to meet the creative needs of our customers. Our full service art department can help you design your wildest ideas and bring your imagination to life. Our sales and customer service team includes former band directors, corps directors, guard directors, as well as performers, designers, and industry experts who can put their years of experience to work for you. DPG is a proud sponsor of Drum Corps International, circuits across the country including the FFCC, WGASC, TCGC, NTCA, LMCGPC, and WGAZ, and is the Official Digital Printer of the WGI World Championships.

Bluecoats. Rhythm X. STRYKE Wynds. Fusion Winterguard.

Four Independent World-Class champions across all activity genres performed and trust us with products produced by DPG.

Those are very different organizations with very different demands. Indoor floors, outdoor tarps, rehearsals, transportation, weather, competition and everything that happens in between. All came away with the end result, using the same products.

Working across all four gives our team experience with how these products are actually used in different parts of the marching arts. These groups helped us define what you all desire and need to build your shows from the ground up!

THAT'S RIGHT....WE'VE GOT A VINYL PRODUCT BUILT FOR THE INDOOR ACTIVITY. Tired of the rips, tears and cracks at the folds of your floor? We tested a new product last season, and it got OUTSTANDING results!

Before a new floor ever reaches your program, there is one question that matters more than almost anything else.

How does it actually hold up during a season?

That is why we found something a little different with our newest 13 oz and 15 oz floor material. It's still the vinyl you know. It's all the same....just built a little differently to take the folds and harsh winters we in the indoor activity know happen.

Before making it available to everyone, DPG placed it with select Independent World guard, percussion, and winds programs. Champions, finalists, regionally, globally, both indoors AND outdoors. The results: so many "this is the best floor we've ever had!!!"

It was folded, moved, transported, rehearsed on, and performed on in real competitive environments. Tested by the best and given a resoundingly positive review. And now, it's ALL we carry for 13 and 15oz floors!

That gave us real-world feedback before making it available to your program.

Your season should not be the test run, and it won't be... but it will be a success!

The same color can look completely different on each of your fabrics as you bring your show to life.

It is one of those details you may not think about until everything finally comes together, and you're holding your floor, next to your props, next to your drum wrap...

Did you know DPG can help carry the same color story across flags, floors, props, uniforms, costumes, and more?

Different fabrics and print materials handle color differently. A red flag, a red floor and a red costume will not automatically look like the same red, sometimes its a pantone change, sometimes it needs more ink to print, sometimes, it's perfect!

What a difference a month makes. Can you spot any changes in the Bluecoats 2026 production, Gravity and Grace, from July to August?

At the top, the Bluecoats at the Rose Bowl in mid-July. Below that, Semifinals night in Indianapolis.

Digital Performance Gear was proud to be part of the production from one end of the field to the other, producing the flags along with printed and sticky-back vinyl used across the Leslie speakers, barrels, wheeled props, and stages.

Two weeks ago, the marching arts community gathered in Indianapolis for the 2026 Drum Corps International World Championships. We were incredibly proud to print directly for five competing teams this season. Looking back at our footage from that week has us feeling a bit nostalgic.

Words can barely express the pride we have in 2026.

This season, Bluecoats, Rhythm X, STRYKE Wynds, and Fusion Winter Guard all finished as Independent World Class champions, and they all had one thing in common. And only one thing..........Digital Performance Gear!
