Since I print my own images on rice paper for the bottles and other decoupage projects, ink bleed can be a problem. I know most spray the images with a clear sealer before applying. I have found that hair spray works much better.

Trying something new— I have a lot of cool iron on transfers. Going to try to iron on poured and cured resin. IT WORKS!!...
