❤️ AROUND HERE, WE KNOW SOMEBODY! ❤️
And today, we want y'all to meet someone pretty special!
Meet Melanie Audrey Sommer, the woman behind Ferrell's Country Spirits here in Conroe! ❤️
Ferrell's has been part of our community since 2008, when Melanie's parents, Holly and Roland Ferrell, opened the store.
After losing her dad in 2012, Melanie stepped in to help her family and eventually took over running the business.
And if you know Melanie, you know Ferrell's is about a whole lot more than what's on the shelves.
They've supported local events, businesses, and friends over the years. We've been fortunate enough to be among them, and we're even luckier to call Melanie our friend. ❤️
But here's where it gets fun...
🐾 Meet Fireball! Their famous store mascot! Some people stop in to shop, and others stop in just to pet Fireball. And apparently, he's even a topic of conversation at parties! 😂
🍕 And remember Gabino's Wood Fired Pizza Co.? They were the first food truck to set up at Ferrell's and became one of their biggest success stories! They've gotten so busy that they don't make it out as often anymore, but the friendship stuck.
That's what we love about this story. A family business that's been part of the community for years, opening doors for other small businesses and building friendships along the way.
Melanie, thank you for being one of those people who makes our community special! ❤️
Now we want to hear from y'all!
Have you met Melanie or Fireball? Have a favorite Ferrell's memory? Or did you first discover Gabino's when they were parked out front?
