✨ Please help us welcome our newest Owner, Haygn Erwin of Rhea Lana's of Branson, MO! ✨

Haygn's journey with Rhea Lana's is truly a full-circle story. 💗 Years ago, while pregnant with her oldest son, she spotted a Rhea Lana's yard sign during a trip to Bartlesville. Curious, she looked it up, stopped in on the very last day of the sale, and instantly fell in love with the experience.

After moving back home to Branson, she became a loyal shopper and consignor at her local event, and now she's stepping into ownership with the same passion for serving families that first drew her to Rhea Lana's.

Haygn and her husband, Dylan, are raising two wonderful boys, Izzy and Ever, and love spending time gardening, checking cows, playing board games, and making Disney memories together.

We're beyond excited to have Haygn as part of our Owner family and can't wait to watch her lead the next chapter of Rhea Lana's of Branson. 💕

🏆 Franchise of the Year Spotlight: Meet Autumn Northcutt of Rhea Lana’s of Jonesboro!

We are so excited to celebrate Autumn Northcutt, owner of Rhea Lana’s of Jonesboro, as our Franchise of the Year! 💕

Autumn held her very first event in Fall 2015 after stepping into ownership with a desire to do more in her community and create more flexibility for her family. Nearly a decade later, she has built a thriving event that serves local families, supports hardworking women, and continues to make a lasting impact in Jonesboro.

As a single mom of eight children, Autumn is especially grateful for the way Rhea Lana’s has helped provide for her family while allowing her to pour into others. She describes Rhea Lana’s as more than a business - it’s a ministry and a way to help families earn, save, and find what they need for their children.

And if you know Autumn, you know she brings the perfect mix of hard work, heart, humor, and grit to everything she does. She is one of the funniest people you’ll ever meet, and this award is so well deserved. 💗

Beth has been part of the Rhea Lana's family for more than 23 years, beginning as a shopper before becoming a consignor, event team member, and, for the past 13 years, a member of the Corporate Team. She also leads event operations for the flagship Rhea Lana's of Conway event, bringing valuable firsthand experience to the support of our Franchise Owners.

Outside of work, Beth and her husband, Jodi, are proud parents of four children, two daughters and twin boys, and know firsthand the impact Rhea Lana's has on families.

In her new role, Beth will continue leading initiatives to strengthen franchise support, elevate the franchise experience, enhance operational excellence, and develop future leaders across the Rhea Lana's family.
