Finishing up the last of the orders to be mailed out- this custom set of Wandering Warding Bells is going to Mortem Made ! A note: anything ordered in the few weeks will not be shipped until AFTER September 1st. All oddity teeth and bone earrings are out of stock, with a restock coming mid September. Website update incoming September 20th!

We are going to take some time off and go recover from the whirlwind we have been since November of last year. If you have anything you need, you may place your orders until Sunday night (I will ship all pending orders that Monday too, so if you’re waiting, this is our timeline) and then I am shutting down the shop for a couple of weeks. We will also have less of a social media presence as we fill the cups of our family and friends and support systems.

Thank you for an absolutely wild last three weeks. For the vital and viral activity on our profile and site when we really needed it due to my husband’s injury a couple months ago. Thank you to all the people that hold us together- the mortar to the bricks.

You will find us mid October for Spines and Spice. Keep a look out for a fun announcement, potential pop-ups (if we can recoup our inventory in a timely manner 😅) and our fall and winter schedule release!

Once upon a time I made this thing that is what I would give out to people instead of business cards. Social media’s memories have ways of slapping you with time stamps and snippets that aren’t always good, but the good that came from this bad was Jasmine.

This was two long years ago. Brick and mortar. One business endeavor ended and I began my solo journey. Two new businesses moved into 44 Main.

It was shortly after this, that Jasmine Barrows came into the Cauldron and I decided to take her on as my apprentice-like thing. Happy adventure-sity Jasmine, we have crammed a lot into these last two years and it’s been a rollercoaster and whirlwind of craft supplies, glitter, road trips, dead things and Eithne puke that’s just for you! I appreciate you and am glad we found eachother.

So grateful for the many photographers taking all of the great photos. I have a tendency to take a lot of photos of my helpers, my family, my set up. But like being a mother, not many get taken of me without being prompted.

We can survive long days, heavy trailers, and endless setup… but the dust remains undefeated. Every morning I remove three pounds of dust. Every afternoon this dust returns with friends: it sees how much I enjoy this silly brush Nonnie gifted me and then the persistent dust took it personally to make sure that little brush gets used. While I respect the dedication, I just wish it wasn’t directed at my inventory. 🌪️

Ren Faire dust has one goal in life: to humble me.
