MARK 4 Christmas Tree Farm MARK 4 Christmas Tree Farm is a choose-n-cut tree farm north of Cookeville Tennessee, growing Christmas trees for families like yours for over 32 years.

MARK 4 Christmas Tree Farm began operation in 1992. We continue to offer choose-n-cut White Pine, Scotch Pine, Leyland Cypress, Norway Spruce, Canaan Fir and Blue Ice varieties. We also offer precut Fraser Fir trees from the mountains of East Tennessee. We open the day after Thanksgiving and every, Saturday and Sunday afternoon until Christmas or until sold out. We pride ourselves on personable,

hands-on service. We will cut the tree or provide a saw for your use. Trees are shaken and baled (netted) at no additional charge. Fresh wreaths, tree stands, and other items are available.

Thanks to so many wonderful customers our supply is depleted. We are closed for the season. We recommend folks check with McCulley's Amazin Acres as they did have both Fraser Fir and Virginia Pines available. Their address is 2857 Old Kentucky Road, Sparta, TN. Ph 931-761-2971.

Due to the bridge replacement still not be completed on N. Willow/Dodson Branch Hwy (Hwy 135) following are two detour options to the farm.
1. If going north on Willow Ave, turn left on Shipley Road, turn right on Allen Road, Right on Hwy 135, left on Kinniard farm on left.
2. If going north on N. Washington Ave (Hwy 136), turn left on Dale Lane, Right on Freehill Road, Left on Kinniard, farm on right.

MARK 4 Christmas Tree Farm will open for sales Friday, November 29th and Saturday, November 30th from 9am to 4:30 pm and Sunday, December 1st from 1pm to 4:30pm. We will a great selection of precut Fraser and Canaan Firs along with our choose and cut patch of White Pine, Scotch Pine, Green Giant, Blue Ice and Norway Spruce trees. Address is 535 Kinniard Road, Cookeville, TN. Following the opening week we are open Saturdays from 9am to 4:30pm and Sundays 1pm to 4:30pm until sold out.
