Featuring Park Tool parts and tools, Shimano, SRAM, Campagnolo components, Pearl Izumi, Endura and Louis Garneau Clothing. We repair all models of bikes for adults and kids. We have a weekly ride leaving from the shop on Wednesdays at 6pm every week.

Helmet fit is one of those things that seems simple but makes a huge difference. 🪖👦

A properly fitted helmet should sit level on the head, about two finger widths above the eyebrows, with straps that form a V just below each ear and a buckle snug under the chin. A helmet that tips back or wobbles around is not doing its job.

With kids especially, it's worth checking the fit every season since they grow faster than you'd expect. 😅
