You may be asking what is Tong Ren ? It's an energy healing therapy that is based on the belief that illness is caused by blockages in the body's natural flow of energy. This energy called chi is the life force energy that flows in all living things.

Three requests per person or animal. I will get through as many as possible during the 30 min session. All you need to do is sit with you palms facing up and relax. 😌

Being Gluten Free it's hard finding safe spaces to eat out. A good friend clued me into Chef Dave Neil's Mobile Kitchen located in Fly Creek, so I decided to give it a try. Turns out this is the same Chef Dave formerly of the Yum Yum Shack in Cooperstown.
I had the deep fried duck legs with a side of tater tots, and WOW, were they amazing. Chef Dave prepped gluten-free separately and took great care in preventing cross contamination.
If you're gluten-free and in Cooperstown, I'm going to highly recommend a stop at Chef Dave's.
My friend had the tacos, and we were informed his beef is local and grass fed & finished from just up the road.
The food is amazing, the portions are generous, and the view is to die for. It's an amazing quiet spot just outside the hustle and bustle of the village of Cooperstown. Located in the Purple Star Boutique parking lot @ 5995 St Hwy 28Fly Creek, NY 13337
