The recent Silencer Shop v. ATF ruling represents one of the most significant developments in federal suppressor regulation in nearly a century. Like many in the industry, we are closely monitoring the situation and waiting for clear, formal guidance from ATF before making any changes to our process.
Some dealers have already announced changes to their transfer policies, and we respect that decision. At this time, however, the prudent and widely supported approach among licensed dealers and industry compliance professionals is to maintain existing procedures until ATF provides definitive direction.
This is uncharted regulatory territory, and our priority is protecting both our customers and our ability to continue supplying suppressors for years to come. Until ATF clarifies the path forward, we will not take steps that could create unnecessary legal or regulatory liability for either.
For now, our process remains unchanged while we wait for official ATF guidance.
We are ready to pivot quickly once that guidance is issued and a compliant path forward is established, and we look forward to that day.
