Meet our Head Setter Alee and hear her passion for what she does: "Setting is a crucial part of our mission at OA. We strive to get people out of their comfort zones, and so we aim to make climbing as accessible and engaging as possible for climbers at any level. As a setting team, we are very intentional about creating interesting movement, teaching specific skills, and constantly increasing the quality of our product. I have been setting for about two years now, and I love that it is a creative outlet that combines movement, technique, and strength, and I am so glad that I have the opportunity to share my passion for it with our team and our community. If you see me around or in OA, ask me about what we do! We are always looking for people who are psyched on setting, movement and climbing :)"
