Spice Up Your Summer starting TODAY! 🌶️

Miami Spice is officially back and Downtown Coral Gables is bringing the heat with 13 incredible restaurants participating this season. From August 1 through September 30, you can enjoy three-course prix-fixe menus at some of the neighborhood’s most beloved spots, from Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro and the live-fire magic at Ro Steakhouse to Argentinian asado at Baires Grill, Mediterranean warmth at Motek, and so much more.

Catch it while you can 🧵 Cielo Tejido, the handwoven canopy floating above Giralda Plaza, is in its final days before it comes down. This one is made by artisan women from Etzatlán, Mexico, and there’s nothing else quite like walking under a whole sky of color and pattern in the middle of downtown.

Then later in August, Giralda Plaza transforms again for Giralda in Bloom, a floral canopy from the team behind the Umbrella Sky. New season, new reason to come back 🌸

Downtown Coral Gables is welcoming 13 new businesses to the neighborhood, and the lineup is genuinely one of the most exciting we have seen. We are talking a Tokyo-inspired sushi room from a Palm Beach legend, Coral Gables’ very first Italian food hall, New York-style bagels making their Miami-Dade debut, a rooftop-worthy Brazilian café, sourdough pizza, hot pilates in a pink infrared studio, frozen yogurt, clean eating, modern Mexican, and yes, even a vet clinic so your pup can enjoy the glow-up too. 🐾🍝🍣

Some are open soon. Some are still building the buzz. All of them are worth knowing about before everyone else does.
