Tables N'at When I made the decision to start Tables N'at I wanted to give people a way to find custom, hand built products at an affordable price.

I want people to know that custom woodworking can be accessible to everyone.

I started woodworking about 8 years ago and have learned so much since my first project. I feel like I say it all the time but this is hands down my favorite thing that I've made so far...and quite possibly the nicest as well. I took inspiration from a bowtie coffee table that I watched John Malecki make on Youtube, actually bought the walnut slab from John and then put my own little twist on the design. The natural walnut is accented beautifully with the mahogany leg and bowtie inlays. I think it turned out absolutely gorgeous. As much as I'd like to say that this if off to the client's house, I'm happy to announce that it is already at home in ours.

No no, I didn't give up woodworking to take up magic. This "floating" table is probably the coolest thing I've built to date. The top was finished with table top epoxy to give it a beautiful glass like finish. The whole thing is supported by acrylic legs that have been recessed into the bottom of the top, making it extremely sturdy. It's pieces like this that really make me love building custom furniture. Now that this table is complete I'll be taking a break from orders to focus on getting things ready for the little bundle of joy set to arrive in December. 👶🍼👨‍🍼
