We are going to answer a question we get asked a lot and our Most Asked Question is by far why so long to come to Corbin since we are from there and did the Consignment Sale for so many years. This answer is Flat out and we hold to it, We will never go to a City/Town if there is already 2 vendors malls, and Corbin area had 2 malls at that time, and 1 goodwill. London has 2 malls and a goodwill plus Barbourville and Williamsburg, which isn’t that far, to have added another would have been business su***de, plus it’s hard to get and keep Vendors with that many stores, population plays a major role in a city/town. It would be like if Home Depot opened a store in Corbin neither would it or Lowe’s do good. They know this that’s why they don’t do it. The population isn’t there also very disrespectful for the other owners, our goal is not to hurt anyone’s business and that’s what it would have done, we love the question and answer. We will definitely do more when we get the store open about vintage and antiques.
Stay on the trail.
