A huge inventory of 10,000+ titles. Restocked daily. Over 65 categories. The Friends’ of the Library BookShop is a used bookstore located in the Corona Public Library. We are fully operated by volunteers and proceeds from our sales directly benefit library programs and projects. The BookShop generates $80,000 – $100,000 each year. Our BookShop is special and unique among library bookstores or any
other used bookseller. We pride ourselves on our well organized, well stocked shelves with 64 categories and easily navigatable colorful signage. New inventory is put out every day. Our prices are amongst the lowest of any competitive bookstore offering the same merchandise, often starting at 50¢ for paperbacks and $1.00 for hardcover editions. We also offer clearance shelves of books at 25¢ each, and a “buck-a-bag” category where fiction and non-fiction books are $1.00 per bag or 10¢ each. In addition to books, we also sell magazines, audio-visual materials, puzzles, games, sets of books, collectible books, Corona history items, Silent Auction items, and gift books. We offer Corona Historical Citrus Labels, book-bags, bookmarks, postcards, Corona Historical Road Race posters, and books about Corona’s History. We have lots of sales – at least one, and usually three of our categories, are 50% off of the marked price at any given time.
