✨Back at the shop after a month in France.✨

I walked in and was welcomed with flowers. A simple gesture, from Javier.
And it reminded me how lucky I am.

I’ve only been doing this for five years. Still learning how to be a boss, how to structure, refine, question, improve. Trying to make the business stronger so it can grow properly.

Doing that alongside someone like Javier makes all the difference. He listens. He hears criticism without taking it personally. He understands it’s never about ego, but about progress.

Coming back to a place that keeps moving forward, even when you’re away, is probably the best welcome there is.🖤

Have you ever met Javier in the shop?

He’s the most dedicated manager we’ve ever had: knowledgeable, respectful, responsible, and genuinely curious about people.

He reads the room without a sound, anticipates what’s needed before anyone asks, and somehow turns every movement into a quiet choreography.

There’s a particular elegance to the way he works, almost as if he were dancing through the space, keeping everything flowing with ease. ✨
