Velvet Oak Tavern on West Alabama in Houston Texas. After a pharmaceutical event at Eddie V’s we needed a spot to unwind. This place fit the bill. Friendly people and cold b**r. It feels like home.

These Koozies have a story. My lovely bride helped setup the venue for the AlamoBowl VIP Party held in the San Antonio River Center Marriott Hotel. She was hired by Enlightening Ideas as part of the setup crew. She was able to grab these Koozies when they tore down after the party ended.
Also pictured is my lovely bride standing with the Heisman Trophy.
