We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right person to help us take the next step.

FYRE Party Rentals is hiring a Part-Time Event Operations Driver / Crew Lead.

This is not just a delivery-driver position. We’re looking for someone dependable who can help lead event installations, transport equipment, work alongside our crew, and eventually take ownership of getting jobs completed correctly from load-out through setup and strike.

Pay: $25–$30/hour depending on experience and ability
Schedule: Primarily Fridays and weekends

This could be a great fit for someone with experience in construction, logistics, moving, landscaping, warehouse work, delivery, trades, or crew leadership.

Driving/towing experience is strongly preferred. Event-rental experience is not required—we can teach the equipment and installation systems.

What matters most is that you are:

* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable with physical work
* Able to lead a small crew
* Professional around clients and venues
* Comfortable driving larger vehicles and towing trailers
* Able to think and solve problems without constant supervision

This is currently a part-time, event-driven position, but there is real opportunity for the role to grow as FYRE grows.

Guest count doesn’t tell the whole story.

Two events can have the same number of guests and need completely different setups.

One may only need covered dining.

Another may also need:

A dance floor.
A bar.
Food service.
A DJ.
A sweetheart table.
Room for guests to move, mingle, and gather.

That’s why we don’t start with a headcount and immediately decide what size tent you need.

We start with what needs to happen in the space.

Then we help work through the tent, seating, tables, layout, lighting, and other pieces around the event you’re actually planning.

What you don’t see is everything that happens before the first guest arrives.

The tent has to be installed.
Lighting has to be run.
