We say, why fix it if it ain’t broke?
Some things are better left the way they’ve always been- like leaving before the sun comes up, wade fishing and long runs across the bay.
70 mph under dark skies, summer air ripping across your face, screaming engines and the idea that today may just be the day.
Capt-Brett Caron was headed for a shoreline with no people, no noise, and plenty of room to breathe. He’s got 25 years of early mornings under his belt and Capt. Caleb Sumrall following the same path. Safe to say we were doing it the right way.
Outlaws, pirates, Natives, and fishermen have been chasing something along these south Texas shoreline for generations.
We’re just keeping the tradition alive.
