We’re still riding the high from our opening weekend. Thank you to everyone who came to the ribbon cutting, brought friends, shared the news, and welcomed us so warmly to town.

And, because yesterday happened to be my birthday, I have to say… seeing this much excitement and love for our new store was a pretty incredible birthday present.

Hi friends! This is the story behind our store.

What started out as one small pop-up quickly turned into a lively store on Main Street Cortland. And now, a year and a half later, we’re launching our next location in Skaneateles, NY!

We’re an indie bookstore in upstate NY, focused on building a reading community through thoughtful recommendations.

We love engaging with the community, both online and in-person. Even if you’re online, we can still connect with you, through social media or our hand-picked book subscription.

Hi friends! The day is finally upon us. Our doors are open in Skaneateles and we’ll have our official ribbon-cutting ceremony tomorrow, Friday July 31, at 10am.

Our new shop can be found on 3 E. Genesee St in Skaneateles, NY. And of course, we’re still in our home on Main Street Cortland, as well.
