First and foremost, I want to share a heartfelt thank you to every single loyal customer who steps through our doors. We know that times are incredibly hard for everyone right now, and we never take your support for granted.
Starting next week, you are going to see some big, exciting changes at the shop as we completely streamline our menu to bring you the highest quality traditional coffee, artisan espresso, and fresh quick-bites on the Square.
As many of you know, there have been a lot of rumors circulating recently concerning my family and our situation. While I choose to keep those personal details private, I want to be entirely clear with the community we love: those rumors are absolutely not a reflection of myself, my children, or my business. The reality behind the scenes is that I am a single mother of six wonderful kids, and this independent business is the sole way I provide for my family.
We are not a corporate business, and we are absolutely not an MLM. Unlike many local shops, I don’t have extended family nearby to help run operations, and we are not in a financial position to hire outside staff. It is simply me, myself, and I—along with the occasional help of the kids you’ve come to know and love behind the counter.
To keep our doors open and continue serving this beautiful community, we truly need to see an increase in foot traffic. Our ultimate prayer is to grow this shop to the point where we can eventually hire local youth and give back to the town, but right now, we need our regulars and new faces more than ever.
We love our home here on the Square, and we pour our hearts into every single cup. Stop in this week to use up our current favorites, get a sneak peek at the new menu updates, and support a hardworking, local family team. We can't wait to see you! ❤️
