After 7 incredible years, today we say goodbye to Melissa. 💜

It’s hard to put into words what Melissa has meant to The Latest Thing over the years. She has been such an important part of our team, one of our managers, and truly part of so many memories here.

But the greatest gift has been getting a front-row seat to her life over these last seven years. We’ve watched her grow in her sobriety, grow into the most amazing mom, and build a beautiful life for herself. We’ve watched her work hard, overcome challenges, and gain so much along the way. And we could not be more proud of the woman she has become.

Melissa, we are SO grateful for the seven years you gave to The Latest Thing, for all the hard work, laughs, memories, and love you brought with you. While we are definitely sad to see you go, we are so excited for you and this next chapter. You deserve every good thing coming your way. 💜

This isn’t goodbye, it’s just the end of one chapter and the beginning of a really exciting new one.

Today was Sam’s last day at The Latest Thing 🥹🌸💐

We’re so grateful for everything she has done for us and all the laughs, memories and chaos in between. But even more than that, it’s been so special getting to watch her grow throughout her sobriety journey and become the woman she is today. 🤍

We are SO excited for her next adventure and can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings. We’ll miss having that smile around here every day, but we’re cheering you on BIG TIME. 🥹🫶🏼

Today we celebrated 19 years sober for our incredible bookkeeper, our beloved “Ms. Money Bags,” and one of the most important pieces of The Latest Thing.
