A little progress update for you ✨

Now you might be thinking, girl, you open in 3 weeks — why isn’t more done? And you aren’t wrong 🙃

I know I’ve been fairly quiet these last few weeks but I’ve been doing all of the behind-the-scenes operational stuff, ordering alllll the things, trying to keep track of 83756 tasks and to-do’s, and building countless pieces of furniture.

But if you know anything about me, it’s that I’m a classic procrastinator and honestly, I work best under pressure so these next three weeks are my time to shine!

I cannot wait to welcome you all through my doors on November 7 and beyond. It’s coming up SO SOON!!!

I’ve had some questions about whether I’m serving food at the bookstore and honestly I’ve been SO confused by these questions until today when I got an email from someone who heard I had a kitchen in my backroom and was looking to rent it out.

Just to set the record straight, the building does not have a kitchen (never did) and Rolling Chapters will not be serving food. Just lots and lots of books!

This all makes so much more sense now, if people assumed there was a kitchen in the building lolol

Fingers crossed for no rain because it’s my last stop at Coffee Cabin Express for the season! Bundle up and enjoy a cozy morning of coffee and books. Hope to see you there!

I did not intend to make this a reel but it got way too long for a story so here we are. Anyways, I’m obsessed with laurel denise planners and this is their Nancy design.

As someone who is trying to keep track of 836367 tasks, these planners are so so so helpful.

I was previously using another layout of theirs that worked amazing for planning content but found that with starting a business, I needed way more room for tasks and brain-dumping so I think this design is going to be PERFECT!

Anyways, go get a Laurel Denise planner. They’re great.
