Today is the first time in a week and a half we been really able to work, with the whole family being sick and stuffed up and having a molar pulled a week ago. It’s been a rough week around here. Today we got a set of polished 2 1/4 zoomies welded up and a oil pan that was assaulted by a rod lol. Thanks to our customers and friends for being patient.

A few months ago we were glad to be asked to build an s10 for Silas Boatner. After tons of delays in parts and project shuffling, we dropped it off today. This came in a running driving truck, we gutted all factory wiring to get it ready for the K&R wiring kit. We then cut off everything from the cab back and re built everything. 4 link, braced and tig welded 9 inch, custom bumper mounts, chassis mounts for the fuel cell & battery. The truck currently sits on a 29.5 10.5 with plenty of room for a bigger tire. All tig welded cage, stock dash cut to fit. A huge thank you to the Boatner family for letting us do this build for you.

On of the things we love doing, is teaming up with other shops, and companies to work on projects together. This last week we were honored to be asked to do a custom 1 off exhaust on this amazing blazer. This amazing hot rod is being built by Josh Wallace at Reviving Relics and Chris England Concepts for Terry Rose. When I say this is a build that will be well seen I mean it. So it’s a honor to work on a project that will be in future magazines and multiple shows across the country. The goal was keep it simple keep it clean and keep it hidden. All the Stainless Works tubing was kept tight and up above the frame. This was a fun project to be a small part of. Thank you for the opportunity guys

Gift idea alert !
With Christmas time coming, we are proud to introduce something we have been working on. The “love handle” for those racers with Dragsters and roadsters that need a little help getting out of their car. These compact, chromoly, clamp on handles are the perfect thing for those of us that could use a little help. These are made of chromoly, tig welded and capped, and are small enough to not be in the way of switches, delay box. They come powder coated black and use a stainless aircraft style t bolt clamp. At $45 dollars each or $80 for a pair(plus $10 shipping) they are a great fit for any racer.

Man !!! What a weekend. Congratulations to all the winners and the hugely successful The Great American Guaranteed Million and Dream Team Challenge Britt and Gaylon and there whole team killed it. A special congratulations on a successful weekend to our customers who absolutely killed it down their . Slick Rick and his team on back to back no box team wins and then putting on a clinic in the 5k no box race and taking the win. Noah Lewis what can we say man good job. You been so do and finally got it done in the American race cars dragster race. Taylor Bowling fought with his car all weekend and with a major carburetor issue made it down to the final for 20k off the bottom. Very proud to have help all these crews with their programs and look forward to helping others better their’s also

A few weeks ago Jeremiah Orange brought his truck over for some up dates. We completely cut out the old stick welded stuff, and built all new frame rails and installed a new 4 link, shock mounts, as well as the bars out the back to tie it all in. Thanks a lot man for letting me work on your hot rod

AWESOME weekend for the first full race weekend out. First our long time friends and customers Noah and Randy Lewis brought by their super clean s10 for a quick tune up on the carburetor and a new brake master and some new rotors. Picked it up and straight to Huntsville where he wheeled it down to 6 cars in Saturday’s 10k.

Second and a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Jason Barnes for finishing up his s10 and getting the 5k win at beech bend raceway at their first 5k Sunday race. Great job guys

Putting the finishing touches on this project for Jason Barnes. Did a chromoly k-member, removing the center crossmember and re mounting the lower control arms. Also built a custom chromoly radiator support while using the factor headlight mounts and FACTORY HOOD LATCH. Also did a removable tunnel for easy transmission access. As well as a chromoly trans crossmember. Doing all this should remove close to 200 lbs off the front of the truck and make it way easier to work on. Huge thanks to Jason for trusting us with your baby. She will be ready for testing in a few days.
