I’ve always kept my personal life separate from my business page, but this feels different.
I want to thank everyone for the patience and understanding you’ve shown me these last few months while I’ve been spending time with and caring for my dad. I haven’t been at the shop as much as usual, but every one of you has given me so much grace and understanding, and for that, I’m incredibly thankful.
It’s no secret that running a small business is hard and requires a lot of time, but I will never regret the time I was able to spend with my dad.
My dad loved flowers, and he loved delivering flowers. He loved making people smile—and that’s exactly what he did when he showed up at someone’s doorstep with a bouquet. Chances are, if you received a flowers he was your delivery man.
So, if you’ve wondered whether I’m still open or whether making flowers is something I want to do right now, the answer is yes. 💙 My family wants lots of flowers at Dad’s Celebration of Life because he loved them so much, and I can’t think of a more fitting way to honor him. So if you need flowers, please know that I am here, and it truly means something to me to be able to keep doing what I love—especially right now.
I will be closed Friday, September 18th, to honor my dad at his Celebration of Life.
He was one in a million. I miss him more than words can express. ❤️🩹
