Another day done. We are home showing off our finds to the little 87 year old friend of Tonie's that is our host. I kept all my junk small today....until I didn't. It's fun looking at vintage, antiques and junk booths for hours!

First day of Brimfield Shows. There are actually 18 different flea markets in this little town. We made it to 6 of them today. We made good choices and kept it small today. This evening we rearranged the truck and condensed it tighter so we could visualize how much space we still have to fill.

Made it to Knoxville, Tennessee yesterday afternoon. My friend, Tonie, lives two hours from the airport out in beautiful, rural, hill country. We had a delicious dinner in Pigeon Forge. We spent today at a local auction they have here every month. It was fun. I haven't been to an auction in 40 years or more when our little town of North Powder had an auction house. Tomorrow we head out early to drive 13 hours to Brimfield!

Hey all, I'm leaving for a trip to Brimfield tomorrow!! It is the largest outdoor antique flea market in the country. It is in Massachusetts. I'm flying to Tennessee and we're driving up from there. A nice little break for me doing what I love doing. When I get back it's full steam ahead through the fall market season. Watch for a couple sales at the Shabby Shack in September, then, I kid you not, Sister Shic will be on the road every weekend for 7 weeks in a row!! Watch for announcements about that.
