We’ve been pricing and we made it to one of the bedrooms this afternoon where we found over 200 CED’s as well as a CED player. I had never seen these before so here’s the short of what they are.

A CED (Capacitance Electronic Disc) is an analog video disc format developed by RCA that plays pre-recorded movies on a television using a physical stylus, much like a vinyl record player.

We also found lots of dolls as you’ll see in the pics. This is just a small selection of them. There are many more and they are all in great shape!

I have not tested the player yet but I will be soon. Stay tuned!

A few of the items you’ll find at our next estate sale in Atoka, TN.

Dates: Sept. 10-12
Times: 9am - 4pm each day
Location: TBA the day before the sale

This was a Navy family that spent a lot of years in Japan so there’s loads of nice Japanese memorabilia and traditional clothing items. You’ll also find quite a lot of Navy and other military collectibles. And let’s not forget the many vintage, and even some unopened, record albums. And of course there’s much, much more so there will be more pics coming soon!
