As part of the Fountain County 200th Celebration and America's 250th Celebration, Judge Stephanie Campbell will be reading the Declaration of Independence on July 8, 2026 at 7:00 pm on the Fountain County Courthouse steps (outside.)

Judge Campbell will be reading the Declaration which was first read on July 8,1776 ❤️🇺🇸💙

The public is invited and encouraged to attend this historical occasion.
