Now that the trailer smoker is nearly complete. We'll begin working on the Lil U*i Vert-ical Smoker (lol, had to) over the fall, and winter in hopes that it can be rented, or used for smaller cooks. Then next year we'll begin construction on our actual brick and mortar location. If you know where we'll be, keep a lid on it for us.We'll see ya there, but everything is hush- hush on the location at the moment.

So excited, and grateful!!! Final leg of this adventure. Banding, and final touches. Hope to burn her out this evening. ...
