Pimento Cheese: Blend of df cheese, cream cheese & seasonings. A southern classic.
The Dogwood: Curried chickpea salad. Chickpeas, house blended garam masala, dried cranberries, celery. It was one of Mama Possums faves.
Raspberry Beret TRKY: BeHive TRKY, Spicy Raspberry Preserves, DF Cream Cheese

Potato Salad w Capers and Fresh Dill
Cowgirl Caviar: Black eyed peas, black beans, w a mango salsa dressing
Spotted Sally: Shaved Brussels Sprouts w red cabbage, carrots, dried cranberries & Dijon vinaigrette

We love a physical cookbook. We make notes in the margins about changes or note a special occasion that a recipe was used for. (And it’s something to look at during especially gory scenes in House of Dragons)

We were gifted some beautiful fresh corn today, that, combined with fresh organic tomatoes from Sugar Belly Farm, organic Cilantro, df Feta, and a well seasoned vinaigrette, and we’ve got a perfect summer treat, Corn Salad!
