We grabbed lunch from Cheese & Charm Co. & ate it with our roasted garlic hummus.
Great event, cool vendors, live music, and so much garlic.

We are absolutely looking forward to the Galena Garlic Company GarlicFest Saturday Sept 26!
There will be various vendors with food, art, and such.
We will have some of our dips and sides at the event as well as an option to order for pickup at another time.
We’re all gonna need a breath mint!

Rolling out the menu for the upcoming wknd.
Sandwiches: Pimento Cheese, The Dogwood (curried chickpea salad), a couple other yet to be determined items, Rainbow Chard Salad, Asian Noodle Salad with Pok Choi & a Soy Ginger Dressing.
We will post the rest as we confirm the items. Shopping fully local for fresh items is our jam but dude, it’s a scavenger hunt.

Hey Neighbor’s, we are putting out a feeler regarding interest in a vegan Thanksgiving meal prep. At this time we’re looking at a pretty traditional menu. We can do a single serving meal, for the folks who have that one oddball vegan that shows up and can only eat rolls, or a whole dinner. We are planning on having it available for pickup Thanksgiving day or we can work with a delivery service.
