Post might be a little lengthy**

Now for the past idk months at this rate, we’ve ran into every possible obstacle at this shop. From the pipe next door busting that flooded our basement, to our ac unit crashing out during that insane heat wave, our dang bathroom wall crumbling behind the paneling, and as of late our ac unit once again.

One of our regulars, Kevin, quite literally graciously volunteered himself to try to see what’s going on with our unit and keep in mind it’s a SUNDAY. Both him and his wife were here trying to help out and get our unit back and running.

Literally detected the issue, there was a miscommunication between the thermostat and unit itself and that’s why no air was coming through. Y’all, he did it and the shop has cold air once again 😭🙏🏽❤️

I’m truly extremely grateful and I now have a forever hvac contact for whatever else comes our way 😅😮‍💨 if any one is ever looking for a hvac person, Kevin is the way to go 🙏🏽 +1 (908) 414-8137 - I’m truly, and I mean truly completely just appreciative and blessed 😭

When we don’t get our normal sized apples, we get what we call “minis” & when we get minis, we do a pop up sale! Normally priced at $12, these babies are $8. With these kinds of minis, we’re able to truly make almost all of our flavors! Haven’t tried an apple from Carmela’s? Now’s your chance! 🍏✨

With the unfortunate events that transpired with the barn, we are in the field! But ultimately are at the mercy of Mother Nature.. if it’s too hot, our stuff will not make it regardless of how covered they are 🥲 today seems relatively gorgeous out, and the sun shouldn’t be too harsh today 😅 so come on out and get your sweets! 😋🍏🍫
