I love to support local when I’m out and about away from home and will give a shout out if it’s good. When I was there for the Nebraska High School Rodeo I stopped at a couple places. This is one. I had some of their pizza. It was great. I stayed away from the sweets cause I’m trying to not be so fat. BUT I did buy more local stuff.

The honey is really good. No 2 honeys to me taste the same. Very very good honey. I eat it with a spoon daily. Or even in coffee.

The pickles. We got home. Put them in the fridge and my wife and I each had a pickle the next day and they were sooooo good!! Then my 2 young boys found them the next morning and polished off the whole jar. So that one pickle was life changing. We want more. It was the only jar left. I love bread and butter or sweet also!

The salsa is excellent also. I grew up not liking salsa or spicy food. I mostly hate onions and cilantro. This salsa is soooo damn good alone and with cream cheese and pretzel chips. And for sure on breakfast tacos.

We want more of all of the above for sure!!

We’ve been a little MIA lately, but we are ramping up and preparing for summer and all that comes with it.

June is here and we have been blessed with some rains. We are getting the garden in and cows to grass.
