Sunchaser CrossFit feels so blessed to be a part of the Syntech crew. 🫶

What started as Sunchaser CrossFit coming out to coach employees at their place of business has turned into so much more over the years. We’ve built friendships, shared a LOT of laughs, and watched an awesome group of employees make the choice to spend their lunch break outside working out instead of sitting inside the office.

And they keep leveling up! Syntech recently added barbells and bumper plates, which means we’re able to bring even more of our Sunchaser CrossFit programming to their workouts. 💪🏋️‍♀️

So here’s a little shoutout to our Sweaty Mess Syntech Crew who continue to show up, put in the work, and make fitness a priority right in the middle of their workday.

They come outside to our very glamorous 😂 dumpster chic CrossFit-style gym, where they sweat, get rained on, lift some weights, work hard, and somehow manage to have a whole lot of fun while doing it.

We love this crew and are so thankful Sunchaser CrossFit gets to be a little part of their workday. 🤍

🥎 Come Cheer on Makenzie! 🤍

Don’t forget, this Thursday we will NOT have our 6:15 PM class because we’re heading out to support and cheer on our very own Makenzie Marlow! 🙌

St. Johns River State College will be taking on FAMU at 5:00 PM, and we would LOVE to have a big Sunchaser crew there cheering her on!

Makenzie is #19 and plays 2nd base and shortstop. 🥎
