You know how it goes at the flea market… you come looking for one thing, get sidetracked by three others, stop to chat with someone, and somehow leave with something you never knew you needed! 😂

With the severe storm conditions expected tomorrow, we have made the decision to close the New Egypt Flea Market Village for the day.

The safety of our merchants, vendors and everyone who visits us is always our priority, and sometimes Mother Nature simply has other plans. ⛈️

We’re bringing a little country fun to the New Egypt Flea Market Village, and this is going to be a GREAT day to come out with the family! 🥰

🐴 Pony Rides — just $5!
🎶 Live music by Deja Vu — 10 AM–1 PM
👢 Country Line Dancing with Emma of Valerius Productions — 11 AM–12 PM

And don’t worry if you’ve never line danced before! Emma will be teaching from 11–12 and absolutely NO experience is needed. Just show up ready to have some fun—boots and cowboy hats encouraged! 🤠❤️

Of course, there’ll be plenty of treasure hunting too, so stroll the Village, visit our merchants, grab something to eat, enjoy the music and stay awhile.

✨ Wednesdays are getting a little extra sparkle at the Market! ✨

Tomorrow, come spend the morning wandering the Village, hunting for treasures and visiting your favorite merchants—and we’ve got a couple of extra reasons to stop by!

🧚‍♀️ Fairy Hair by Marianne will be popping up in the Auction House from 10–2. Add a little sparkle for just $2 a strand—and yes, it’s fun for grown-ups too! 😉

🍧 Steve’s Italian Ice will also be here with Italian ice, smoothies, açaí bowls, cotton candy and more.

💙 Happy Father’s Day 💙

Today we’re celebrating the fathers, grandfathers, sons,grandsons, husbands, and father figures who help shape our families and leave a legacy for future generations.

As I look at these photos, I’m reminded that so much of the New Egypt Flea Market Village’s story is really a family story.

From my grandfather… to my dad, who started the market in 1959… to the generations that followed.

The values of hard work, perseverance, family, and community have been passed down through the years, and for that I am grateful.

Wishing all the dads, granddads, stepdads, bonus dads, and father figures, sons and grandsons a very Happy Father’s Day.
