Took a little trip down to Miami to see Café LoCoh Company and bring them some new coffee samples to try.

Sometimes growing Paper Street looks like meetings and spreadsheets. Other times it looks like flying to Miami with a bag full of coffee and seeing what Oscar thinks.

Lucy McGonigle is a highly skilled latte artist from Ireland.

She’s competed in multiple events world wide and recently made a world renowned competition.

She trains for hours a day and is looked at by her competitors as a serious threat.

Oh I’m sorry did we say latte art? We meant CrossFit.

Her latte art is actually considered some of the worst we’ve ever seen.

It was awesome to be able to come out with the fam to support our other fam! The paper st fam.

Also I have no idea how Kyra competed at the games and is back at this intensity.

I spectated the games and I’m still tired.

Maybe she drinks more paper at coffee than me 👀. No no that’s impossible.
