Chopwood Mercantile Crested Butte's outdoor lifestyle epicenter store located at the top of Elk Avenue. It's not just about buying "stuff".

We'd like to think we created Chopwood Mercantile as a refreshing find in the world of 'outdoor' retail—based on the motto 'Live your Passion'. We are taking our decades of mountain retail and merging it with the concept of a 'public house' along with a little bit of old-school friendly mercantile. Come in, strike up a conversation and share your passion for getting out there and living life.

A huge thank you to the Amundsen team for hosting us at both HQ and the Oslo Flagship store today! JC and Liv were amazing hosts and we can’t wait to cross paths with them again soon! After the visit there are plenty new things coming to CB soon and we got a sneak peak of a few Spring 2028 (!?!?) items! Now time for some R&R before returning home Thursday.
