It's so on - perfect timing! The Fall colors and our year end ride on the D**e Trail. Between INforcement Trail, D**e Trail, and the new addition to the Wagon Trail, we spend some incredible time in some incredible forest - right on time for the falling yellow leaves. Join us Sunday - all abilities welcome, but remember it's a tough ride. Folks can start with us in town or park at the Y or Horse Ranch as needed. All deets below in the event post. Then it's time for the Annual Volunteer Party where we'll hand out the branded arbor hoe to our 'KEEPERS of the Trail. Whom shall it be...???

Monster work getting done in section 6 on the new Wagon Trail extension. Big rock work, mean hillsides to contend with. Although our workdays are done for the season, we might have another impromptu one to keep on the finish work and connect the sections to where this work is. Stay tuned! And look at that finish work on that bench! What a backslope!

Our final Weds Workday of the season - so sad they over, it's amazing how special these community gatherings are. Let alone - the amazing work that gets done. We did more finish work on the Wagon Trail extension, partied with KBUT Community Radio and were fed by Teocalli Tamale. Does it get any better for roadside parties!?!?! Again, Zuni Street Brewing Company provides so huge for the people! Can't thank this community enough for how they rally for trails. Last event is a group ride and volunteer party on the 13th.

Oh my how wonderful to corner again. Dirt is truly hero with those recent rains. Those things are falling on the trail, and turning on those trees! Oh September!! What a glorious time on the trails. We advocate for, build, and maintain trails, like this one! 401 is a treat ANY season. We also clean the West Maroon/East Fork bathroom, b/c we gotta make sure it stays open for the people, and helps protect such a valuable resource. Just a day in the life of CBMBA/CBCC - we are grateful for our backyard and to be able to partner with the White River Ranger District to help steward this area.

Once again... our trail building and trail loving community went big, and we got 1.1 miles of Wagon Trail Extension built over the Annual Work Weekend. It's a beast, and will take a few years, it's a 3.0 mile trail and the even harder stuff is still to come. But we'll keep chipping away with all these trail warriors! So many thanks to Rim Tours for feeding us for 29 years! What a tradition! To Camp 4 Coffee starting our days, to Zuni Zuni Street Brewing Company keeping us hydrated on the trails and around the (propane) fire. Huge thanks to our friends on the Paonia Ranger District, as well as our steadfast Gunnison Ranger District. It's just out and back for now, and a lot to be done, but it also needs rubber on it. Thanks to all our sponsors and supporters and congrats to the 2 winners of the illustrious ENVE Composites wheel giveaway!

It’s here! The Annual Overnight Work Weekend! Join us this Saturday and Sunday as we build new trail connecting the Wagon Trail down to Horse Ranch Park. Come for the weekend and camp, or come for a day, but please join us!
