Wild rose is one of those plants that gives us something beautiful at every stage. The fragrant flowers invite us to slow downs while the rosehips that follow are one of the season’s little autumn treasures.
Rose has long been used in herbal traditions for the heart, the skin, and the senses— and I love exploring the many way we can build relationship with this generous plant.
Sometimes an herbal ally begins simply with stopping to smell the roses.
